Dr. Fan graduated from New England College of Optometry in Massachusetts and has been practicing in TSO Grand Prairie since 2000.
Dr. Fan is a Therapeutic Optometrist, Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and Diplomat of American Board of Optometry.
He is a member of Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
